 Richardson Housing Group Opens Hollowstone in Grayson

 Swim-Tennis Community Offers Five-Bedroom Plans from the $230s;
Will Be RHG's Largest Neighborhood

 (Lawrenceville) – Richardson Housing Group is celebrating the opening of its newest and largest ever neighborhood – Hollowstone in Grayson, inviting buyers to preview the Hollowstone furnished model opening this week.

 Located in the fast-growing Grayson area, Hollowstone is a swim-tennis community, planned for 220 homes, with prices starting from the eye-catching $230s. Large level lots, private backyards and covered front porches await buyers. Brick or stone exteriors feature accents of shake and/or board and batten, and carriage-style garage doors.

"Our Hollowstone community has already caught the attention of families for its swim-tennis complex, tot lot playground, Grayson schools and sidewalk-lined, cul-de-sac streets," says Allen Richardson, president, Richardson Housing Group.

Hollowstone features five floor plans, all with five bedrooms, three baths and several with the sought-after guest room on the main. Nine-foot ceilings on the first floor and two-story foyers provide a spacious, open atmosphere, accented by hardwood floors, smooth and coffered or trey ceilings (per plan), and crown molding.

Homes are pre-wired for security systems, and are also equipped with low-maintenance vinyl windows with screens, low-maintenance aluminum gutters and downspouts, and professional landscaping with Bermuda sod.

Beige, marble fireplaces with flush hearths, gas starters and painted mantles are featured elements of the homes, along with designer lighting and ceiling fan packages.

In the kitchen, buyers will enjoy quartz counter tops, tile backsplashes, 42" cabinets, GE appliances and stainless steel sinks.

Master suites include walk-in closets and designer lighting, while master baths feature double sinks, cultured marble, pearl white vanity tops, separate glass shower enclosures, garden tubs and ceramic tile flooring.

Underscoring Richardson Housing Group's commitment to quality, Hollowstone homes include a ten-year buyer protection plan. The community also includes underground utilities, exterior home lighting and streetlights. A homeowner's association with protective covenants is part of the community; annual dues of $550 per year (with $200 initiation fee) include use and upkeep of the swim and tennis center, the playground, common areas and landscaping of the front entrance.

The first completed homes in Hollowstone are currently move-in ready and the community's furnished model home is now open. For more information, contact Stephanie Olney and Teddy Thorpe in the sales center at 404-449-2542. View floor plans for Hollowstone at www.rhghomes.com.
