Richardson Housing Group's focus is to provide our customers with all the warranty information at the time of contract. Each buyer receives the Home Builders Association Handbook which gives you specific information on warranties and maintenance responsibilities. We offer a one year warranty which covers workmanship, a two year warranty on the plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, and with each of our homes we provide a 10 year structural warranty through Bonded Builders Home Warranty Association to give you peace of mind that you have made a good investment.
